Check asset, network, destination address, blockchain status and TXID before creating another transfer.
NEYRO withdrawal missing
Find the TXID, open the correct explorer, verify destination/network/token visibility, then contact official support with non-secret evidence.
Wallet connection
Separate wallet connection, token approval and blockchain transaction. Never share seed phrase or private key.
Wrong network / token
Do not send a second transaction to “repair” the first. Collect the TXID and verify recovery options through official support.
Account / 2FA
Use the official domain and support route. Never send passwords, OTP secrets, recovery phrases or private keys.
